We love Canon DSLRs but especially enjoy using the Sony Alpha 7ii full 35 mm frame mirrorless DSLR with 5 axis in camera gyro stabilization and in camera HDR with a Samyang 12mm f 2.8 full frame fish eye to shoot high resolution spherical panoramas. The Samyang is a fully manual lens but the A7 stabilization lives in the camera which also has focus peaking to assist with getting “tack sharp” manual focus. The aperture iris is set manually but the A7 processor handles the shutter speed if desired.
